By using our service, registering for an account, or making any payment, you accept these terms. If you do not accept, do not access or use the service.
We provide entertainment through AI chat bots meant to simulate conversations with celebrities, historical figures, or fictional characters. These AI creations generate responses that attempt to imitate their personalities, but should not be considered the real person or official representation thereof.
You take full responsibility for the generated content and conversations. Outcomes are not guaranteed. Use good judgment when conversing and avoid discussing dangerous, unethical, harmful or illegal topics.
The simulated conversations do not contain the actual thoughts, views, or expressions of any real individual and should be considered AI-generated “fan fiction.” You do not attain any ownership rights to the likeness or creative works associated with these figures, which may be protected by copyright and other laws. The AI chat sessions should be viewed for entertainment, not as factual representations.
You agree to access our services only through authorized means and use them responsibly. You shall not misuse service functions or overburden our systems with excessive automated requests. Violating laws or violating others’ rights is grounds for account termination.
Our services and all components, including technology, software, visual interfaces, logos, and content materials remain solely the property of Lalaland. Use of our proprietary features is only permitted through our service or with explicit permission.

Lalaland may offer both free and paid subscription plans to access enhanced or premium features. Paid plans are charged monthly or yearly, with prices and plan details listed during sign up. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled. You may cancel automatic renewal at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by law. Yearly subscriptions are not subject to refunds except for any unused full months remaining in the present annual billing period.
We may offer free trials to new users before paid subscriptions activate. Unless canceled before the end of the trial, a paid monthly subscription is automatically initiated upon the free trial expiring. Trials are limited to one per user.
You may cancel subscriptions at any time from your account settings page. This stops future automatic renewal and billing but the remaining subscription period continues until the term's expiration date.
You assume full liability regarding the appropriate use of content or information received or transmitted through the Lalaland service. We make no guarantees concerning access or content accuracy. The service and content are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. Any reliance is at your own discretion and risk. Within the limits of applicable laws, Lalaland disclaims liability for any and all loss or damages related to our service.
You agree to hold Lalaland harmless from third party claims related to your actions, negligence, breach of our terms, or violation of rights or laws. You agree to cover any resulting legal costs or damages.
Violating these terms may result in Lalaland suspending or terminating your account access, with or without notice. Paid but unused subscription fees are nonrefundable if account access is terminated due to a terms violation.
Lalaland may update these terms periodically. Renewing your subscription after changes signifies agreeing to the revised terms. Using Lalaland services constitutes agreeing to the current posted terms.
As Lalaland has founders and users located globally across international jurisdictions, these Terms of Service shall be interpreted under the governing law most applicable and convenient to the matter at hand. This allows flexibility in governance as needed without being limited to any particular national or state laws. Both parties agree to resolve any disputes in good faith by arbitration, applying to the arbiter to designate an appropriate choice of law based on the nature of the issue. Judgment upon arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms of Service constitute the entire understanding governing access to Lalaland's service. Use of our services indicates acknowledgment and acceptance of these binding Terms.
